Just changed my next prenatal visit to January 4 since WT wants to look at the babies. The ultrasound for twins will take about an hour, so the scan will start at 7:30am then follow by doctor's appointment.
WT had decided that I go for the Down Syndrome and Cystic Fibriosis testing. It was just a simple blood test to show if my babies have the defect (DS) and if I'm a carrier (CF). More testing will be needed if I'm at high risk of having DS babies which include ultrasound and amniocentesis (inserting a long hollow needle through the abdomen into the amniotic sac to obtain a sample of the amniotic fluid). Just keep my fingers cross that everything will turn out fine.
