"What????" that was my reaction to Tang Li (she's a twin herself) when she told me that her mom drank milk the whole day (replacing water) when she was pregnant with them. For me, drinking half a mug twice a day was torturing enough in the beginning (I hate the taste! as it causes nausea)...but soon, I realized that I need to drink more milk for the sake of the babies. So, for now I've increased to three 3/4 mugs per day. So last weekend, I bought an extra gallon of 2 % milk from Costco. I predict that I could finish a gallon in 4 days. However, I'm not going to replace my 8-9 glasses of water per day for milk totally. Do you think by drinking milk the whole day contributes to calcium overload? Any idea, anyone?
