1 cm dilated!

Went in for my ultrasound and non-stress test today. Baby A is definitely head down but Baby B is still transverse. However, the Doc mentioned that my chances of delivering the baby vaginally is high. Hopefully, Baby B will turn head down when Baby A was delivered. Allison, the sonographer had a hard time scanning the babies because of their position. I was having so much pain during the ultrasound because she needs to push harder in order to see the babies. Baby A is larger in size, 5lbs 11oz while Baby B is only 4lbs 15oz. So, I'm carrying more than 10lbs of babies, no wonder I'm so uncomfortable and is not able to walk properly. The doc had a cervix check on me and I'm already 1 cm dilated. As to when I will go into labor is still hard to say. Some people may take only a day or two to progress to the second stage of labor while some needs week(s).

My weight is 125.2lbs, no changes since last week. My right leg and feet started to swell yesterday and I am having more vaginal discharge. Also, I'm not sure if I've actually lost my mucus plug. Blood pressure and urine are fine. Baby A heart rate is 165bpm (coz she was very active during the ultrasound) while Baby B is 141bpm. A non stress test is once again scheduled next Monday (if I can last for another week). I really hope to go into labor soon!!!!
