Running nose or allergy???

Not sure if I'm actually having a running nose or allergy. Have not been feeling very well for the last 2-3 days. Checked with my OB and she said that if I don't have a history of getting allergy, then most likely I'm down with running nose. Also got itchy throat once in a while. I was told to rest more and drink lots of water or if I want, I can take tylenol cold to relieve my condition. Anyway, I'm not going to take any medication at this point unless necessary.
