HaPpY Easter!

Happy Easter!!! I thought today is going to be one of those topsy turvy days for the 4 of us but we ended up hibernating at home! The day started with the girls playing with the little bunnies May got for them yesterday. They didn't really know how to play with soft toys yet but surprisingly Charissa was holding the bunny ears and played peek-a-boo with it. It was so cute....I was so busy taking pics of her doing that and totally forgot that my camera has a video recording function!!!

The girls had salmon porridge for lunch today!!! Hooray! they are eating salmon now!!! The last time I gave them, they didn't like it at all. Besides the salmon, I added cubes of potato and a carrot as well as few florets of broccoli into the porridge. The dried oysters and dried scallops that I included must have blended well with the salmon, so it doesn't taste so fishy...

Dear hubby and I had Zaru Soba, steamed broccoli and baked butter garlic salmon for lunch....healthy leh! And the girls curi makan my steamed broccoli!!! Glad they like it. They seems to eat whatever I give them nowadays and I also realized that I am eating less food because of them (everything I eat, they also want to eat!!!).

I thought of bringing the girls out after their nap (leaving DH at home coz I know he wasn't keen on going out)....but after Charissa woke up, I felt so lazy myself!!! I ended up giving them teething biscuits and play "Tea-time" with them...2 hours later, it was dinner time, and hubby decided to buy dinner home...after calling the restaurant to place an order, he received an email from one of his Director saying that he has faxed over some changes on the pitch book to the office...there he goes...he quickly went to pick up the dinner, quickly makan and quickly go back to the office...

It is getting very late now and I need to be up early tomorrow. The girls have their regular playgroup tomorrow at Erin Mills' house. I will write about the playgroup in another post....
